1. Drink enough water

There is majic that water holds and most of the people are left behind of this . Water performs a major role in the human body that is;

I. Drinking of enough water help in metabolism and digestion.In order for the enzymes to perform their duty well,you have to assist them with one thing and that is drinking of water.

II. Water also helps to retain skin texture.Drinking of enough water helps in moisturizing your skin hence making you glow younger day by day.

III. Drink water in the morning before you do anything,this helps jamstart the digestive system.From here,you are good to go for your breakfast.

IV. Lastly you should drink water before you go take a shower.This will help in the regulation of the body temperatures hence keeping you away from the dangers of high blood pressure and cloting of blood.Remember forcing to cool your body temperatures mighty
 lead to major healthy problems.

2.Get used to drinking milk

Regular drinking of milk 🥛 helps the body fight with poison exposed to it.This poison can enter into the body either by consumption or inhalation.Milk acts as a neutralizer to poison therefore neutralizing the poison exposed to the body.It can also act as a first aid to poison.


3.Use lemon in your meals

One might ask why lemon🍋?
When lemon or lemon juice gets into the body,it helps in melting of the excess fats contained in the human body.We do consume alot of fats of which when left without being acted upon,it might thiken the blood valves.Remember when the valves thickens still blood will force to flow,this mighty lead to the busting of the valves and can cause a major healthy problem.

4.Stay atlist 8 minutes before drinking water after tea.

When you drink hot tea with or without any food accompaning it, you are advised to stay atlist 8 minutes before drinking cold or normal water.The hot tea that you take,melts the fats contained in the food or even in the human body.It is advisable to let the melted fat cool on its own.
Remember water will catalise the cooling process of which it might cause high blood pressure.

5.Regular Body Exercise

Attaining a good health is not only from eating habits.Regular body exercise also makes the human body away from many illnesses.Make it a habit,go to the field and have a run,have sit ups and press ups,this makes your body fit and healthy
